1. Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. Even on earlier occasions, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation was sought for.

2. This case pertains to the year 2018. The revisional application has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the proceeding being CR Case No.14 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. In spite of several opportunities given to the petitioner, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the matter.

4. Accordingly, CRR 1398 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for due compliance.
