On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.R.M. 3850 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed on behalf of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are the brothers-in-law of the victim. The husband was arrested and enlarged on bail. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were arrested and were enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court.

Heard learned advocate for the State.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners and considering the fact that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were arrested and were enlarged on bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 3, Ranajit Halder @ Haldar and the petitioner no. 4, Abhi Halder @ Biswajit Haldar.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until the conclusion of the investigation and on the further condition that he shall pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 3850 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
