Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Having heard the learned advocates for the petitioners and the State and having considered the nature of the offence, the complicity of the petitioners, therein, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory is, thus, allowed. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 (Mansur, Guljar Ali, Akbar Ali, Abdur Rajjak @ Rajjak Ali and Mojfer @ Mojiful Rahaman) shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until conclusion of the investigation and the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 8 (Salema Bibi @ Salima, Aneja Bibi and Lucky Bibi) shall cooperate with the investigation.

CRM 3844 is disposed of, accordingly.
