Petitioner is unable to arrange for local surety. As a result, he is still in custody.

Under such circumstances, we direct the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge, under POCSO Act at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
