Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee Mr. Souvik Das Mr. Rudranil Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose the Title Suit No.142 of 2025 expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the suit was filed only on February 11, 2025, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing.

In view thereof, CO 1498 of 2025 stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
