It appears that in the order dated 27th October, 2025, there is a spelling error insofar as the petitioners'

advocate's name is concerned. The name of the petitioners'

advocate has been incorrectly recorded as "Mr. Himagnshu Kumar Ray" in place of "Mr.

Himangshu Kumar Ray". Similarly, it also appears that in the aforesaid order in paragraph No. 4 at page No. 2 on the 10th line from the top, the date has been incorrectly recorded as "16th July, 2025" in place of 16th July, 2024 and in paragraph No. 5 in the 2nd

line, the date has wrongly been recorded as "4th March, 2025" in place of 6th March, 2025. 2.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate is representing the State.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the order dated 27th October, 2025 be corrected accordingly by removing the error as noted above.

Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and incorporate the same in the order dated 27th October, 2025.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
