Previously this writ petition was considered when also no one appeared for the petitioner.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

In WPA 8159 of 2011 on 12th December, 2022 this Court directed the learned advocate representing the

petitioner to serve notice upon the respondents as well as on the office of the learned Government Pleader. It appears no one is representing the petitioner today.

It transpires that the petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
