Learned advocates for the parties submit that the matter is pending before the Ombudsman and the Ombudsman may be directed by this court to take up the decision as soon as possible. The parties have shown a letter dated 6th August, 2019 (vide page 120). However, when the matter is pending before the Ombudsman I am not expressing any opinion as the matter is pending before the Ombudsman.

Ombudsman is requested to look into the matter and take a decision immediately preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order and to intimate a decision to the parties forthwith.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
