At the threshold, learned advocate representing Union of India has questioned maintainability of this writ petition before this Court, at this stage, since husband of the petitioner was holding the post of Selection Grade Auditor in the office of Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Kolkata.

This Court finds substance in the submissions made on behalf of the Union of India that husband of the petitioner was working under Central Government. Writ petition, at this stage, is not maintainable before the High Court.

Petitioner is represented by learned advocates. 4.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on the self-same cause of action.
