Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The matter is taken up for further consideration. Report prima facie demonstrates the extent of alleged involvement of the petitioner in opening 40 accounts in the names of mule companies without due verification of the documents out of which, funds have been diverted in 9 accounts. Learned counsel for the State submits that the accounts opened in other banks were upon due verification and in the names of existing companies.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and extent of involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
