In the first line of the third paragraph on the second page of the order dated 12th June, 2024, the expression "in the event the respondent is not entitled" shall stand corrected to read as "in the event, the petitioner is entitled".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 12th June, 2024.

The other parts of the order dated 12th June, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly. 6.
