Petitioner preferred the present revisional application at a stage when the investigation of the case was in progress. Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in the meantime charge-sheet has been submitted and date has been fixed in the month of August, 2023 for consideration of charges.

Memo of evidence filed by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the State, the present revisional application has become infrucutous.

Petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the proceedings which are the present stage of the case before the court of learned Chief

Judicial Magistrate at Barasat or before the High Court taking into account the changed circumstances.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1330 of 2021 is disposed of.
