Although the instant revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the Ejectment Suit No.13 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah, learned advocate for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of the aforesaid revisional application an application for return of plaint has been filed and as such he does not want to proceed with the instant revisional application at this stage.

2. Having regard thereto, let the revisional application stand dismissed as not pressed.
