The writ petitioner claims that in four several cases he was enlarged on bail without condition. He is enjoying anticipatory bail now. He claims that he is not being allowed to enter into his house, which is under the Lake Town Police Station.

Lake Town Police Station has filed a report dated 19.04.2023 and the same is taken on record.

This Court finds that as many as 8 cases have been registered against the petitioner which have resulted in charge sheets. The most common allegation against the petitioner is under Section 354/354B of the IPC. There are charges under the NDPS Act, 1985 in the year 1999 and the PDPP Act, 1984 and various other statutes.

In the backdrop of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
