1. It is submitted by Mr. Asok Kumar Chakraborti, learned Additional Solicitor General that the medical examination of the petitioner was conducted afresh in terms of this Court's order and the petitioner was once again found unfit. He therefore submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. Instructions of the learned Additional Solicitor General issued by DIGP (ADM), WBS, CRPF, Kolkata dated 13th June, 2024 is kept with the record.

3. In those circumstances, nothing further remains to be considered in the instant contempt application.

4. CPAN 682 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
