Revisional applicant seeks setting aside of an order dated February 18, 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, Lalbagh in connection with the Sessions Serial No. 16 of 2022.

Apparently, petitioner seeks analogous hearing of Sessions Serial No. 16 of 2022 with another trial. Court is informed that the Sessions Serial No. 16 of 2022 is fixed for argument while other police case is at the commutation stage.

By the impugned order, learned Jurisdictional Court rightly rejected the prayer for analogous hearing. I find no material irregularity in the order impugned. C.R.R. 1873 of 2025 is dismissed.
