Ms. Oindrila Ghosh ..for the petitioner Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay Ms. Lipika Chatterjee ..for the State The matter relates to disputed question of fact as to non payment of salary of the petitioner from January, 2018 to June, 2019. The petitioner was arrested twice and second time was for creating some problem in the school. I do not think that this writ court is the appropriate court for deciding on the issue whether the petitioner would get salary from January, 2018 to June, 2019. Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to file appropriate case in the appropriate court for getting the due salary for the above period.
