The petitioner has filed this application for bail having been apprehended in connection with the aforesaid case since last 164 days. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the aforementioned case and, therefore, should be released on bail.

The State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has committed heinous crime and no leniency should be shown.

After hearing the respective submission and perusal of the statement of the minor victim girl aged about five years and the witness who saw the petitioner with the said minor

victim girl we find that it is not the fit case where the petitioner should be released on bail.

As such, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application being CRM 3948 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
