The petitioners renew their prayer for bail. They are in custody for about 2 years and 7 months.

Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State refers to the Case Diary wherefrom it appears that not only portion of the cash, but also a country made improvised iron pipe gun and documents pertaining to the cyber cafe were recovered pursuant to the leading statements of the petitioners. The second petitioner has been identified in T.I. Parade. Three co-accused are absconding. Upon exhaustion of the process, case has been filed for the present insofar the absconding accused are concerned. The case has been committed and date fixed for consideration of charge. Considering the material available in the Case Diary prima facie connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
