Pursuant to the previous order dated 9th December, 2021 both the writ petitions are taken up for hearing today when no one appears for the writ petitioners and no accommodation is prayed for either. Same situation prevailed on 9th December, 2021 when the matter was called on for hearing. It appears that the writ petitioners have lost interest.

Both the writ petitions stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
