Mohan ..... petitioner Mr. Gopal Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Mr. Neguive Ahmed, learned APP Mr. Iqbal Kabir ... for the State We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged murder. The petitioner had absconded and proclamation and attachment had been issued against him.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
