Petitioner claims that his shop was set on fire and pursuant to the same, FIR was registered being Simlapal P.S. Case No.25 of 2023. Petitioner now prays before this Court to run the shop without being disturbed.

Learned advocate for the State has prayed for an accommodation.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondents submits that prayers of similar nature were advanced in WPA 9768 of 2024 and by an order dated 04.12.2024 a co-ordinate Bench has passed directions.

I have considered the prayers of the petitioner presently. However, the police authorities would see that there is no breach of the breach and tranquility and/or any other untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9559 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
