The allegation of the petitioner is that his land is being encroached for construction of road regarding which he filed representation dated 6th August, 2019 which has not been considered by the Assistant Engineer, Arambagh Highway Sub-Division, P.W. (Roads) Department, Hooghly, the respondent no. 2. I direct the Assistant Engineer, Arambagh Highway Sub-Division, P.W. (Roads) Department, Hooghly, the respondent no. 2 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also the private respondents and consider the representation dated 6th August, 2019 at page 22 of the writ application. The entire exercise is to be completed by eight weeks from

date and the decision thereon is to be communicated to the parties within a period of two weeks after taking a decision on the representation.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
