The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Mogra Police Station in taking steps on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner.

The grievances of the petitioner has been met as the police authorities have already registered Mogra Police Station Case No.180 of 2022 dated June 4, 2022, under Sections 448/506/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation is going on. The dispute is over alleged encroachment over a private property and alleged demolition of a wall. The police authorities have already registered an FIR.

The Court does not make any observation on the correctness of the allegation of the petitioner. The pending investigation will be reached to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

With regard to the allegation of forceful occupation of the property in question, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
