Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that on the basis of an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the present case being Garden Reach Police Station Case No. 195 of 2022 was registered for investigation. Learned advocate is unable to apprise this Court as to whether the investigation has been concluded.

I have considered the allegations in the application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and I am of the view that there are certain allegations relating to forgery and as such, on the basis of question of facts so raised, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. The petitioners would be at liberty to take up the issues with the investigating agency who would consider the same for unearthing the truth in course of investigation.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1470 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
