The petitioner has preferred the present revisional application for expeditious disposal of a particular application which was filed on 20.12.2023. Having considered that the petitioner will have ample opportunity in course of evidence, I direct the learned Magistrate to consider such application at the stage of examination of the present petitioner. The learned Magistrate would first dispose of any application for interim maintenance, if the same is pending and thereafter fix dates for evidence.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Sealdah would try to fix date once in every 45 days so that the proceedings may progress in smooth manner.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1531 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
