A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a suit already set for ex parte hearing is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

Admittedly this is a suit instituted in the year 2019.

For the reasons best know to the defendants, the suit has been set for ex parte hearing. The photocopies of the order passed by the court below, enclosed with the instant revisional application are not suggestive of revealing a compelling reasons, so as to ensure proposed expeditious disposal of the suit, causing depravation to the other litigants. However, when the suit has already been set for ex parte hearing.

This would not, however, prevent the court below to dispose of the suit, already set for ex parte hearing, subject to his convenience and suitability, without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
