None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 18.01.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Order dated 21st February, 2014 passed by the Special Judge, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk in Tamluk Police Station Case No.. 217 dated 14.5.2012 under Section 135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003, is under challenge in this revision (connected case no. S.C. (E) No. 16(5)12. The Trial Court while granting interim bail to the petitioner had directed him to deposit 50 per cent of the claimed amount in connection with the said case.

The petitioner is aggrieved with the said order on the grounds that the order is not unconformity with law and also of that Trial Court has not applied judicious mind while delivering the same. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1068 of 2015 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
