Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as inspite of the FIR being Kotwali Police Station case no. 167/2025 dated 11.02.2025 being registered for investigation, no steps have been taken by the police authorities for unearthing the truth. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that vehicle and the gas cylinders have been recovered. So far as the accusations relating to Rs.40,000/- are concerned the same according to the police authorities could not be substantiated till date, although the investigation is still in progress.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submit that so far as the cash is concerned the accusations are frivolous.

Be that as it may, petitioner complains of suffering threats at the hand of the private respondents. In case any issues crop up, petitioner would inform the investigating officer of the case who would take steps in accordance with law. The investigating officer at this stage is directed to take effective steps so that the investigation of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9672 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
