This matter is mentioned at the instance of the petitioner. On July 29, 2021 bail was granted to the petitioner on conditions stated in the order of that date. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that till now, the petitioner has not been able to find any local surety. On the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, which is not objected to by the State Counsel, let the order dated July 29, 2021 be modified to the extent that the sureties may be registered sureties instead of local surety.

The other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
