Learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted to have filed the instant application for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 166/2015. It was further submitted that the opposite party husband did not appear before the Trial Court on several occasions delaying the adjudication of the aforesaid Misc. Case. 2.

It was further submitted that the next date is fixed on June 2, 2025.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Municipal Court, Howrah is to expeditiously dispose of the instant Misc. Case No. 166/2015 without granting unnecessary adjournments adhering to stringent direction to be issued to ensure the appearance of the opposite party husband before the Court taking recourse to the procedures available under the law.

Accordingly, the instant application being CRR 1881 of 2025 is disposed of.
