This revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of the complaint lodged in Contai P.S. Case No.2871 of 2013 under Sections 447/ 448/ 427/ 323/ 354/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and quashing of Contai P.S. Case No.359 of 2014 dated 14/09/2014 on the basis of the complaint made by respondent no.2 on 13.08.2014. Since none appeared for the petitioner on 04.04.2022, a direction was given to the Registry to issue Administrative Notice upon the petitioner and opposite party nos.2 and 3 through the concerned police stations. Administrative Report has been submitted stating that notice has been served upon the petitioner as well as opposite party nos.2 and 3 through O.C., Contai Police Station. The report is taken on record.

On call none appears for the petitioners on the second consecutive date. Under such circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai for information.
