Mr. Roshan Sengupta ... For the petitioners. Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, AGP, Mr. Lal Mohan Bose, Ms. Amrita Pandey ... For the State respondent. The petitioners seek a direction upon the private respondents not to initiate any coercive steps against the petitioners. According to the petitioners, there is a dispute which is pending before the State Consumer Redressal Forum. During the pendency of such proceeding, the private respondent should be restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioners.

The State is represented.

The private respondent is a legal entity. It is at liberty to exercise such rights as it is entitled to in law. The question of writ Court stopping a legal entity from forcing its right in accordance with law does not arise.

W.P.A. 10576 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
