Reports submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has been thrown out from his residence and is being threatened by the police authorities.

State has submitted two reports which reflect that the petitioner is missing.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no difficulty to approach the Maheshtala Police Station.

In case the petitioner approaches the Maheshtala Police Station, police authorities would ensure from him regarding his accusation which he has addressed to the police authorities earlier and render appropriate assistance in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9653 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
