These two revisional applications have been called on several days and none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. No accommodation has been prayed for. When the matters were called on today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the revisional applications are is dismissed for default and connected applications, if any, are also dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

The department concerned is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of their communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks.

The lower Court is directed to act expeditiously in accordance with law.
