The order dated June 7, 2022 required the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders.
The report of the Investigating Officer states that the petitioner did not comply with such order.
The chemical examination report states that the Sample Pakage Drinking Water is substandard and unsafe food under the Food and Safety and Standards Act, 2006. In view of the chemical report and in view of the report of the Investigating Officer as against the petitioner of non-compliance of the order dated June 7, 2022, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
CRM (A) 2349 of 2022 is dismissed.
