1. Injured suffered a cut injury on the knee by sharp cutting weapon inflicted by the petitioner.

2. The relationship between the injured and the petitioner are husband and wife.

3. Eye witnesses described the incident as the petitioner chasing the injured wife with the sharp cutting weapon after the injured suffered the injury.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
