1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains that the private respondents are continuing to threaten and intimidate her and her family members. At times, they have entered into the property and attacked her and outraged her modesty. Her son was also assaulted.

3. It is submitted that in the absence of the petitioner, the private respondents entered her property and have broken the household articles and looted ornaments.

4. It appears from the report of the Karandighi Police Station dated 27th April, 2023 that FIR No.45 of 2023 dated 26th January, 2023 and FIR No. 132 of 2023 dated 11th March, 2023 have been registered on the petitioner's complaint. It further appears from the said report that Charge-sheet being C.S. No. 79 of 2023 dated 28th February, 2023 in respect of FIR No. 45 of 2023 and the other FIR is being investigated.

5. It is further submitted that there are counter complaints against the petitioner and her family members. It is also submitted that FIRs have been registered and investigation is going on.

6. It is, therefore, ordered that the investigation into all pending FIRs be completed mandatorily and positively within a period of 45 days from date. The petitioner shall be escorted back into her residence.

7. A police picket shall be posted by Karandighi Police Station outside the petitioner's residence for a period of one week from date. Karandighi Police Station shall also ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area after the police picket is removed.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
