The instant criminal revisional application was filed against an order dated 10.02.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah discharging the respondent No.1 & 2. Perused the order under challenged passed by the learned Trial Court. This court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

The instant criminal revisional application is dismissed. Interim order if any stands vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned Trial Court for due compliance.
