The petitioner is aggrieved with the investigation into FIR No.54 of 2022 dated 23rd March, 2022 registered by the Girish Park Police Station on the directions of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata. 2.

Counsel for the State Mr. Amitesh Banerjee submits that the investigation has been completed and final report of mistake of fact has been filed before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata. 3.

The petitioner may seek remedies against the final report, inter alia, under section 173(8) of the CrPC. 4.

Let a copy of the FRT be made available to the petitioner by the Girish Park Police Station within a period of ten days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
