1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Bail prayer of coaccused Bodrul Islam was also turned down in March 2024. There is no change in circumstance since last rejection of bail by this court.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
