1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are formal defects in the writ petition and as such he prays for leave to withdraw the same for filing it afresh on the self same cause of action.

2. Mr. Dutt, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 1 does not oppose such prayer.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid and as prayed for the writ petition being WPA 10427 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.
