Ms. Diksha Ghosh ....for the petitioner Mr. Avik Ghatak Mr. Abhinav Rakshit ....for the de facto complainant Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would instead file a proper application afresh. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application for anticipatory bail afresh on the self same grounds.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
