Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to extend anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 3997 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
