Although the petitioner submits that he was not medically fit but such submission does not carry any weight because it appears from the relevant document that there is only names of some medicines and nothing else. In any event, as the petitioner could not apply within time frame fixed by this court, the petitioner has no right to claim anything through this writ application. Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
