The contempt application is taken up for consideration today when the learned advocates representing the applicant as well as alleged contemnors have jointly submitted that intra Court appeal preferred by the State respondents against the order dated 7th April, 2022 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 16th August, 2023.

The learned advocate representing the applicant has prayed for appropriate direction in this contempt application in view of dismissal of the intra Court appeal.

The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors has prayed for time since Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader is out of station.

rule against the alleged contemnors but in consideration of the prayer made on behalf of the alleged contemnors for accommodation since the learned advocate of the alleged contemnors is not present in Court today, hearing of this contempt application stands adjourned till Friday next, 15th September, 2023 when it will appear at the top of the list along with other contempt applications being CPAN 1092 of 2022 and CPAN 1091 of 2022.
