The present revisional application relates to an order dated 20.02.2019 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Bankura in Case No.13/MP/2019 under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said proceeding was dropped on 20.02.2019.

Being aggrieved, the present petitioner has approached this Court.

Earlier, a report was called for from the Officer-inCharge, Indus Police Station, Bankura. Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that there is no information of untoward incident and the parties are living peacefully. Having regard to the time period which has elapsed and

the issue which is involved, I am of the opinion that in the fitness of circumstances the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate directions.

Accordingly, CRR 1157 of 2019 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
