The petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His prayer was rejected on June 22, 2020 by an order passed in CRM No.4282 of 2020.

Commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and the co-accused. The petitioner says that chemical report has not yet been obtained. The State produces the chemical report and also apprises us that a supplementary charge sheet has been filed on May 3, 2021.

In view of the aforesaid and in view of the statutory restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, the prayer for bail is rejected, at this stage.
