In the matter of : An application under Sections 482 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

This revisonal application has been preferred challenging the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure then pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, District 24 Parganas(S). The grievance of the petitioner relates to issues where question of facts are to be adjudicated at the trial of the case.

The petitioner approached this court at the very initiation of the proceedings and as such, no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1368 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
