Inadvertent errors have crept into the order passed on 24th July, 2024. The following corrections are required to be made in the said order.

1. In paragraph 4 of the first page in third line "City Sessions case" be read as "City Sessions Court" and "February 16, 2023" be read as "February 16, 2024". In the 9th line of the same paragraph the word "sheet" be incorporated after "charge".

2. In paragraph 5 of the second page in 7th line "Domestic Violence Act" be read as "Dowry Prohibition Act".

3. In the third page of the 9th paragraph in third line "City Civil Court" be read as "City Sessions Court".

The department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on July 24, 2024.
